Tell us about the door

Whether it's a spring that let go this morning or a new door you're still weighing up, this is the place. Leave a number and we ring you back to talk it through and arrange a time.

Fair questions

Why is there no phone number on the site?

The form is how enquiries reach us at the moment. It means nothing gets lost and nothing is answered half-listened-to from up a ladder. Leave your number, tell us what the door is doing, and we ring you back to ask a couple of questions and arrange a time.

How does pricing work?

We don't publish prices, because every door and every fault is different. For repairs, the door is assessed in person first, and you get a firm price for the work before anything is done. For new doors and openers, the quote follows a free measure at your place, and it's a real figure for your opening, not a starting-from number.

Who does the electrical side of an opener?

Most openers plug into a standard power point. Where mains wiring is needed, that part of the job is done by a licensed electrician, as NSW rules require.

Is the door checker on the home page a diagnosis?

No. It's a first read from four questions, and it errs on the side of caution. What it never does is promise a fix or a price. That only happens once someone has actually seen the door.
